Angel

Angel was a commissioned piece for a character to be used as a VR model on streaming platforms such as Twitch. When creating this piece, my client came to me with inspiration and core pieces of elements he wanted incorporated in the design, such as the sheep stuffed animal and horns, the dark angel wings, and some of the colour scheme. When creating this piece, I had to carefully design various elements on different layers involving movement when given to the rigging artist. I made sure to pay close attention to the details of the face. When creating Angel, I made a considerable storyboard of ideas, colour schemes, and clothing inspiration to create a character with the right look for my client. My client and I discussed the character's story so that all elements would match perfectly. I played around with highlights and lowlights to give the character a more life-like and 3-D feel as well. I created this character using Adobe Photoshop.
